Honestly all I figured out is each one likes a different slug. And no two guns even like the same slugs. The best way I found is to buy several boxes and head to the range. Webb17 aug. 2024 · First it's easier for more pcp rifle platforms to get lighter slugs up to speed without major modifications. Air consumption per shot is fairly good also, relatively speaking when compared to larger calibers. The price per slug is kind to your wallet when going with the tiny caliber.

Often right, never credited. Fired 2x Lyman 525 slugs out of a new 1301 comp. my first choked shotgun but the choke was improved modified. Not a full power load, maybe 1200-1250fps. But using my un-choked Russian Federation barrel with a 1:16 twist, the stability increases significantly. But Nick has a business to run. Heavier slugs will carry energy farther too.
