WebSep 30, 2024 · I am a 50 year old male, keep quite fit and run quite a lot, generally 10-12k every Saturday or Sunday, total around 20-30k per week. I also go to the gym. For the last 8-10 weeks I have had a nagging dull ache in my middle back just to the right of my spine. I have been to the doctors had X-rays both Thoracic and Chest, they came back all clear.
