I’m sure there is someone out there who believes each one of those pizza shops actually serves a good cheesesteak. Take the steak out of the freezer and cut it into ⅛- to ¼-inch-thick slices. Toss in a bowl with ½ tablespoon olive oil, a big pinch of salt, and a grind or two of black pepper.
