In the middle of the mine you find the dead villagers. You defeat the Forsworn and return to Pavo for your reward. Pavo and Gat gro-Shargakh leave to return to the mine. This mod fixes this differently to the other mods that repair the bridge. I never really liked the implementation where the College Bridge was just repaired with some Bricks or Ice.
