WebMar 3, 2014 · Mar 3, 2014. #2. To limit gear train binding in 4WD it's important that F/R tires are the correct diameter. Does your tractor have sync-or hyd shuttle. I would think depressing clutch would relieve gear train binding to allow shifting.
