Swap an H23 intake manifold onto your motor and it will give you a nice gain. I don't really see the point of taking off your VTEC head to swap to an H23 head. They share the 22mm floating wrist pin. If you really wanted to stick an f23 crank and rods into an h22a4 block with type s pistons, you could do it pretty easily. All you'd have to do is have the combustion chambers recessed like pirate mcfred did on his g23 build.
