WebAug 18, 2024 · GREENOCK’S new multi-million pound cruise ship visitor centre is now expected to be completed in the autumn. Work started on the waterfront facility in May 2024 and was due to last around a year but the contractor encountered problems. Completion is now anticipated by mid-October, missing all of this year’s cruise ship season. WebGreenock Ocean Terminal lies at the heart of an air, rail and road network providing easy access to the rest of Scotland- from Scotland’s largest city Glasgow with its fantastic range of visitor attractions and iconic architecture to the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond, from Ayrshire’s Burns Country to majestic Edinburgh.
