WebApr 15, 2024 · Not entirely sure what is the mechanic for that, but just the other day I got an achievement when an Earthsick colonist decided to stay again. I assume if you raise their comfort and perhaps other stats high enough they can reverse their decision. Otherwise earthsick colonists should leave when you launch the rocket I think. WebMay 28, 2024 · If they're not Martianborn or Refugees then you could try to send them to their own dome without nearly enough comfort in it and then they'll become Earthsick and leave. If they're Refugees that will wear off after a while and then you can get rid of them. If they're Martianborn you can't make them leave.
