Web1 Answer Sorted by: 2 The problem here is with the path for remove call. You are using "/~1cats~1 {pawId}/GET/throttling/rateLimit". API Gateway supports removing all the method settings and not just a particular methodSetting. I dropped "/throttling/rateLimit" from my remove call and it worked.
